Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Await Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours to ensure the items are eligible for return according to our wholesale guidelines.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to our central distribution center using the provided return authorization slip.
Receive Store Credit
After we inspect the returned merchandise, a credit memo will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days, ready to be applied to your next seasonal restock.
